Private Sessions

Private Pilates Sessions is the best option for those clients seeking a highly personalised session. The session will utilise the Reformer and Tower, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel. Each private session is arranged according to your own schedule and each session will be about your expectations and goals.

Rehabilitation Sessions

Whether a result from an injury, an operation, a diagnosis of a medical condition or if you are just experiencing unexplained aches and pains these rehabilitation sessions are a perfect choice. An initial consultation will look at your medical history and where necessary liaise with your medical practitioner, medical consultant, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor.
For those clients with nonspecific injuries we can address everyday activities that may be causing stresses and strains to your body. Following the assessment a tailored made programme will be given to allow your body to address any muscle imbalances and strengthen your core, giving a positive approach to your recovery.

Pregnancy Classes

It is a special time in your life and it is very important to invest in your health and the health of your baby, and that is why private sessions will only be offered.
Pilates brings a tremendous benefit to expectant mothers and significantly reduce common problems of back pain and pelvic problems associated with pregnancy.
It is extremely important that you exercise safely and effectively without putting too much strain on your body
